Hi, I'm Jeremy—a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200), and a life coaching wellness guide for everyday people navigating stress, stagnation, and burnout.

After years of confronting my own chronic stress, past trauma, and physical imbalance, I rebuilt my life through daily movement, breath work, and conscious habit change. What started as my healing path became a calling—to help others find theiro own way back to strength, clarity, and joy!

Today, I work with clients who are:
